  • Signed proposal and terms received
  • Deposit received and confirmed
  • Final brief accepted by HQ lead
  • Production slot assigned in capacity board

Communication Cadence

  • Weekly executive summary from HQ (progress, risks, next milestones)
  • Staging links delivered at agreed review checkpoints
  • Partner relays client feedback in standardized format only
  • Out-of-scope requests routed to change order review
