  • Concurrent sprint projects: 4 active slots max
  • Retainer onboarding: 3 new retainers per month max
  • New partner territories worldwide: 1-2 onboarding approvals per quarter

Waitlist Rules

  • If delivery slots are full, projects move to waitlist with start window estimates.
  • Priority is based on signed scope + deposit timestamp, not verbal commitments.
  • Partners must confirm client readiness before waitlist placement to avoid churn.
  • HQ may pause new sales temporarily to protect delivery quality and timelines.
  • Partner applications are global, but activation is rolled out in controlled cohorts by market readiness.
